Andrew Heath - Operations Director

After spending 7 very successful years at Trend Communications Limited as a Senior Technical Support Engineer with responsibility for Managed Services and Help Desk support, Andrew Heath created Neptune Consultancy Services in 2005, with a determination to do things differently, i.e. without the politics, and with excellent customer service!  His vision was to build an engineering based, technical consultancy and professional services business, with the emphasis and focus on high quality ongoing Technical Account Management.  Andrew is totally committed on this basis to the continual growth of Neptune C.S Limited.

Previous to Trend Communications, Andrew spent 8 years in the RAF Communications Division, travelling throughout the world deploying and maintaining mobile communications.

 

David Lisher – Sales Director

David Lisher served an apprenticeship at ICL based in Stevenage, and then spent the following 12 years as a senior service engineer with ICL, GADC and TE DataCare. 

David transitioned successfully from service delivery to a services sales professional, and now has over 20 years' services based industry experience.  He has held a number of Senior Management positions within some of the UK's leading Managed Service and Maintenance Support organisations, notably Trend Network Services and Networks First, helping both these organisations to significantly grow the annuity revenues.

On joining Neptune C.S. Limited on January 1st 2010, David assumed the overall business development responsibility for the company.  He is passionate about service delivery, and takes a service-based sales approach, working closely with the customer and operations to ensure the correct solution is delivered.
